Caught in the act, shoplifter stripped in police station

It is this video of shoplifter who is caught in the act and forced to strip at a police station. If a woman steals in this small west Florida town, it goes a lot like this: the woman is taken to the station and questioned, then ordered to strip down to her underwear. The police officer thens proceeds to rip her clothes off of her and humiliate and degrade her.
